Park Adam Transportation is owned and operated by the Agnes Corporation, a family of school bus companies in Minnesota and Iowa. Owned by the W.E. Regan Family, we have been operating school buses since 1960. With over 50 years in the business and operating as a family entity, not a corporate conglomerate, we offer hands-on service which is second to none. The owners are on-site overseeing daily operations.
We are members of the Minnesota School Bus Operators Association (MSBOA), where our executives serve on the board of directors. Our founder W.E. Regan received the lifetime achievement award from the association in 2008.
Ann Regan Casey is the Owner Operator for Park/Adam Transportation. Ann serves as the General Manager of the company overseeing the day-to-day operations.
Ann grew up in the transportation business, cleaning buses, dispatching, routing and scheduling trips since the age of 14 (fourteen). Ann graduated with a BA in Spanish and Business from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana and received her Masters of Business Ethics from Valparaiso University. Ann served as the Internship Coordinator and Assistant Director of Career Development for the business school at the University of Notre Dame for several years before re-joining the family business in Mesquite, Nevada. Ann operated the Mesquite Bus Company, a motor coach and tour company for six (6) years before moving to Minnesota in January 2011. Ann was named General Manager of Park/Adam Transportation in February 2011. Ann is actively involved in all aspects of the transportation business, and serves as President for the Agnes Corporation. Ann is a member of the American Bus Association, the Minnesota School Bus Operators Association and regularly attends the Minnesota State Safety meetings.
Kris Pietsch started in the school bus industry in 1998 when her oldest daughter started kindergarten in Hastings, MN. There, she drove routes for 10 years and trained drivers and aides. She has worked every aspect of the industry from washing buses to management.
Kris started with the Agnes Corp in 2017 when she was hired to manage a school bus terminal in southern Minnesota. She was appointed as Transportation and Safety Director at Park Adam Transportation in July 2021.
Paul Davis retired with 28 years with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, State Patrol. After five years of general patrol duties, he spent twenty-three years as a Technical Sergeant with the Commercial Motor Vehicle Division where he was a certified commercial vehicle inspector. He specialized in passenger carrying and school operations.
He was also a certified safety and compliance auditor through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). In the Office of Pupil Transportation Safety, he was responsible for the central Minnesota Region, community outreach, and Destination/roadside inspection.
Paul has five years experience in the School Transportation Industry Contractor Sector, ensuring safety and compliance with state and federal regulations governing passenger transportation, maintenance operations, parts, inventory, and vendors selections.
David Hanson grew up in Owatonna, MN and graduated with a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2018.
David is responsible for the execution of each field trip from start to finish. These include school field trips, sports transportation, and general charters. He will expedite the trip request by working closely with your staff to offer a safe and reliable transportation experience. His attention to detail guarantees timely execution and proper billing for all requests.
David also has routing experience with VersaTrans and Traversa computer routing software. His routing experience covers the West Metro, North, South, and Central Minneapolis.
He works in the front office, dispatching and interfacing with every Park Adam driver and aide.
